Harish Gopal is a clean energy investment strategist with 21 years of global C Level expertise. He has worked in the renewable energy investment industry having played senior executive roles including CEO for Enzen Group in Spain and Latin America and Executive Partner to CxOs, Board and Shareholders of blue-chip investment banks and Fortune 500 firms. He has led and managed M&A advisory services for transactions worth $50 Billion globally in the clean Energy and Utilities sector across Europe, Latin America, North America and Australasia. Harish has techno-financial expertise across the full value chain of renewable energy including Power Generation (all variants of Solar, Wind, Tidal Power), Energy Storage, Power Distribution and Energy Retail.
Gijsbert van Doorn
Gijsbert is a financial services industry executive with over 30 years international experience in insurance (AEGON, Amicorp, ENNIA), banking (SNS Property Finance), renewable energy (E-concern) and Audit (KPMG), where he held various senior management and leadership positions and lead various (merger & acquisition) projects. Postings in The Netherlands, UK, Taiwan and Dutch Caribbean, and worked in a large number of countries in Asia (China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, The Philippines, India), Europe (UK, Germany, Holland, Spain, Italy), South Africa and the Caribbean.
From 2011, he worked as executive interim & restructuring manager, completed various engagements in the financial services industry and now arranges financing for companies / projects in various industries across different countries with a focus on renewables.
Gijsbert is a shareholder in Solar Proactive Holding BV since 2017, a developer of utility scale PV projects in The Netherlands; he oversees (legal)structuring, financial modelling, equity and debt arranging activities, partnerships and divestments.
He is co-founder of Curaçao based renewable energy development company Ecopower International with a focus on Deep seawater district cooling.
He resides in Curaçao (Dutch Caribbean) but spends most of his time in Europe and South Africa. Gijsbert is a Dutch Certified Accountant (RA).
Paul Boskma
Paul started his career in the Dutch financial sector as an equity broker institutional sales at RaboSecurities and subsequently moved into PE at Boer & Croon before moving to Switzerland from where he was actively engaged as an investment manager with Amergeris Wealth Management. At such position, Mr. Boskma carried out the Investment Manager function, chairing the Investment Management Committees, coordinating research into new investment targets and screening/monitoring portfolio investments together with his team for several funds, having more than USD$ 1.4 billion under management in private equity and listed securities. The funds invest in a very diverse range of assets predominantly in emerging markets. Currently Mr. Boskma is engaged in activities regarding investing into the private and public domain in renewable related companies in emerging countries.
Mr. Boskma is an authorized director by CIMA, FSC and MFSA and acts as a director on several boards in Switzerland and abroad.
